Our ASCA-accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (S&C Coach) can support you with:
- One-on-One and Semi Private (2-3 person sessions) Strength, Power, Gym, Fitness, or Sports-Specific Conditioning programs.
- Designing an Individual Training Program for you to follow at another location of your choice, or for fitness or performance goals.
- Athletic Performance Development & Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes.

Our Clinic Facilities
Our ACSA-accredited S&C Coach operates from our Burleigh Heads clinic.
Our Therapists and Coaches have access to innovative strength and conditioning and rehab testing equipment, including the VALD Force Frame and Force Plates.
VALD technology helps clinicians measure your progress and make more accurate, data-informed treatment decisions. We can also compare your testing to normative data results by benchmarking you against age and gender. This ensures we are helping you achieve your exercise and rehab goals.
Getting Started
Initial Strength & Conditioning Assessment & Program Setup – $122*
Includes:
- Introductory consultation
- Movement and performance assessment and testing
- Personalised program developed to meet your needs
This session helps us understand your goals, assess your current abilities, and create your starting program.
This is the standard starting point to get you moving with a program. If you want a deeper picture of your strength, power and balance with full VALD technology data and a written report, choose the Comprehensive Performance Testing option below (we recommend this for any athletes competing in sport at any level).
Performance Testing & Reviews
Comprehensive Performance Assessment & Report – $158.60*
Includes:
- 45-minute consultation and testing using the latest VALD technology in forceplates, forceframe and gym equipment
- Individualised analysis
- Detailed performance report
- Recommendations to guide future training
Follow-up Performance Testing & Report
- 15-minute review and report. This is to repeat 1-2 tests following training to assess for improvements – $32*
- 30min review and report. This is to repeat 3-6 tests following training, assess for improvements & provide guidance on future gains – $64*
S&C Membership Options

- Train 1-on-1 in our Gym space with our S&C Coaches via our Membership Options Below
- Receive a personalised program via the Lumin S&C Software Platform for you to complete your individual program anywhere, anytime with check-ins from our Coaches to keep you motivated and accountable!
- Book casually to attend when you have a spare moment around a busy schedule
