Get Our Coaches or Your Therapist to design a Personalised Exercise Program via Lumin Software Platform
Ideal for clients who are comfortable exercising independently but want professional guidance and accountability.
Includes:
- Personalised exercise & fitness program provided to you via the Lumin Software Platform following an Initial Assessment.
- A program built and progressed over time by your S&C coach/Therapist around your goals, your sport and your competition calendar
- Access to contact our experienced S&C coaches/Your Therapist through the Lumin app
- A weekly coaching check-in via email or phone to keep you motivated & accountable
- Ongoing program updates and modifications as needed

Want to use our Gym and BeActive Pilates space on your own?
Ideal for clients who want the guidance and accountability and are comfortable in our boutique space and want to move between Gym & Pilates equipment.
- Using a one-off program from any of our Therapists/Coaches and a membership to our Gym and BeActive Pilates equipment
$60/month*
- When paired with a Personalised Exercise Program via Lumin
$48/month for membership of our space + $64/month for your program that includes everything above*
Terms to know:
- No lock-in on-going contracts, No sign-up fees
- All options are billed for 4wks in advance until you tell us you know longer need our help
- We require 4wks notice for cancellation of Membership (phone or email)
- If you miss a session, make it up anywhere in your billed month (subject to availability)
- We require 2days notice to Change a Booked Session as per our Clinic Change of Appointment Policy
- All monthly costs are billed as 4week blocks
- Programs are provided via the Lumin Strength Platform that can be accessed by the internet or an App
- 1-on-1 Coaching membership does not include access to the Gym or Pilates space for use outside your Coaching times. This is an additional cost as indicated below.
- If you have a Program provided by a Therapist/Coach outside our clinic and want membership to our space to use it independently, you will need an Initial Physio or S&C Assessment to orientate you to our space and check your safety in completing your program.
