We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Frontdesk Team Member (Receptionist) who is:
- -reliable, available to work and someone prepared to be loyal to our Team and wanting a role with longevity (are you a Mum or Dad with older kids wanting to return to the workforce in a clinic where you will feel valued??)
- -keen to be the face of Gold Coast Physio & Sports Health and the first contact point for clients walking in, so you will need a happy disposition and be able to ensure the client has a positive experience in dealings with us & our positive Gold Coast reputation
- -must be flexible to cover additional shifts when other Team members are away,
- -must be prepared to work across both Burleigh & Ashmore clinics within the hours of 7.30am- 7pm weekdays and Saturday 8am-3pm (most shifts are 5-6hrs long)
- -able to work in a busy multitasking/task switching role that is exciting and ever-changing
- -excellent with communication skills and likes a chat (You will hear some amazing & engaging Client stories as part of your role!)
- -proactive in learning, taking on tasks and wanting to work with others (and FOR others)

- -you will be paid for all your Onboarding/ Training time
- -we provide regular upskilling and meetings that come with a coffee and cake shout!
- -we have quarterly half days where we close the Clinics and the whole Team (including you!) come together to do Team learning activities, personal or professional development or just simply have fun!
