Join us each week for a NO COST run in Nerang State Forest, Gold Coast
- We have 2 set trail runs each week, meeting at our Friend Business, CADENCE CAFE in Nerang. From the Cafe we run 400m around the corner into Nerang National Park single tracks.
- The run times are:
- Monday morning 5.30am (up to 60min) or
- Wednesday morning 7.30am (up 70min)
- The runs are for anyone but we do recommend that you are fit enough to be able to run for 60min and cover at least 8km in dirt & some hills to join us safely. We do vow never to let anyone get lost. Ever, so you will be cared for in our Crew!

The runs will be led by Physio’s Kyle Weise &/or Britt Caling- both Kyle & Britt are qualified Physio’s at Gold Coast Physio & Sports Health, and both are also passionate runners.
Kyle and Britt will help you develop your skills for trail running, improve your running (road or trail) AND teach you network of the single track trails in Nerang State Forest, where no 2 runs will be the same!
- -all level of runners are welcome
- -no-one will EVER be left behind. If there is a large difference in ability of runners, the faster runners will be given extra course to run in order to run back to the less experienced runners
- -no need to know how to run trails- we teach you that!
- -the sessions can be planned around your training program if you let us know about your required session or consent for us to liaise with your coach
- -Kyle & Britt will be available at these sessions for you to ask questions about any topic related to your running
- -Join us for the all-important Breaky or Coffee at Cadence Cafe afterwards
