Elle holds extensive experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist of over 10years and provides many forms of massage treatments including deep tissue, Lymphatic drainage, Reflexology, Stone Massage, Dry Needling and Cupping.
Elle’s Story
Born and bred in Brisbane from an Italian family where caring and helping others was instilled in me from a young age is where I believes her empathy and passion for helping others began.
I married young and after bringing up 2 amazing children that bring me happiness and pride everyday as they have become amazing young adults.
I ran a successful business for 20 years and was always office/administration based but that was never where my passion lay. 10 years ago when my children had grown I had time to fully follow my passion and career path, so I completed my Remedial Massage Diploma at the Q Academy, and became a part time teacher of massage and the head of student sales as well as working as a Remedial therapist with Hyperdome Physiotherapy. I ultimately opened my own private practice clinic in Brisbane.
Five years later I chose to concentrate solely on managing my own clinic and treating private clients with a wide variety of issues and at the same time also attached to Brisbane Core Health Studio treating sports related clients.
I hold experiences that are many and varied in the field of massage such as sports massage, pregnancy massage and most of all remedial therapy of which I use many techniques such as cupping, dry needling, myofascial release, various manual trigger point methods, stretches and also gentle mobilisations.
I feel I have great empathy for my clients needs and work within their limits and at the same time I like to educate clients why disfunction occurs and how they can make adjustments to aid in reaching their goals. I hold a special interest in back, neck and shoulder issues but also enjoy working with clients dealing with work/life stresses and those active clients maintaining functionality for better performance.
In 2021 I recently moved down to the Gold Coast to be with my partner and enjoy a work life balance whilst helping clients reach their health goals.
