Join us for our official LAUNCH RUN and breaky plus coffee- our shout!
When: Sunday November 11, Group 1 (up to 60min run) @6.30am start; Group 2 (30min run) @7am start
Where to meet: Starting at Cadence Cafe, Nerang. Meet in the carpark
How long: For the LAUNCH RUN, choose between a 30min run for beginners (Group 2), or a cruisey 60min run for the more interested runners (Group 1). Both runs will be on the single trails of Nerang State Forest to socialise and start to teach you the trails of Nerang and show you how much fun they can be.
BUT, we cater for everyone, so if you want to run more, there will be an advanced group starting at 5am (for the truly committed-or crazy-ones of us....)
After the Run? Join us for breaky and coffee at one of our Friends Sponsor Businesses, Cadence Cafe, for the good stuff on us!
Do you need to be a member of the Run Group to attend this? Nope! Just turn up and enjoy the experience if you like! Of course, if you want to join the Run@mygcphysio run group on the day, we can take cash payments then, or you can join beforehand and get access to all the other awesome benefits straight away (including having a cool run shirt to wear for the day)
