After completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science Ange went on to fulfil her passion for  health and completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.

Ange has also completed her Clinical (Physio) Pilates training at The Pilates Institute of Queensland and has conducted many Pilates classes through-out her employment since graduating, so she is very experienced at helping clients improve posture, muscle control and muscle tone through Pilates classes and one-on-one Pilates.

Ange worked in private practice before she travelled abroad to work in Ireland, UK and New Zealand where she was able to hone her skills and gain the knowledge and expertise she delivers today in both Physiotherapy and Pilates.

Ange has travelled with Football (soccer) teams as Team Physio both in Ireland and Australia, as Rugby League Team Physio in AUS with Jillaroos squad (AUS Women’s Rugby League) and Qld NRL representative squad, Gold Coast Titans NRL senior squad as well as Team Physio for the Netball development squad in the UK.

Ange has always been interested in the healthcare of athletes from a young age. This helped mould her own achievements in sport with her swimming at a young age, then moving to elite netball and now playing the team sport of Gaelic Football.

“Hands on”  and Caring are the best ways to describe her approach to physio.

Ange believes that knowledge and understanding is the 1st step to change.
