Evie Serventi, Sport and Exercise Psychologist (Performance Psychologist)

Evie is a sport and exercise psychologist with dual registration both in Australia and the UK. In Australia, she is a registered psychologist with an endorsement in Sport and Exercise Psychology. In the UK, Evie has attained both the Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology and the Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology through the British Psychological Society. Evie has worked with national teams, international and European medallists, professional endurance athletes, Age Group and Masters competitors, first time fitness enthusiasts – and those who simply love to exercise regularly.

Evie helps athletes improve their performance through guided self-discovery, identification of strengths, and working on their mindset. Evie works with athletes of all ages and in various settings including individual and team sports, private practice, education, not-for-profit/community organisations, and clinical research settings. She has a special interest in helping athletes manage during injury rehabilitation, and through transitions in or out of their sport. As a competitive runner, triathlete and swimmer, Evie can appreciate an athlete’s perspective of their experience, while offering a professional view that is grounded in evidence-based theory and practice, supported by her knowledge and experience.
