Trail Running Crew
Come run together
What Is Run@mygcphysio Run Crew All About?
Our vision is to build an inclusive, supportive trail running community that shares a genuine love of running—on and off the trails.
Join us each week for one (or two!) completely FREE trail runs in Nerang National Park, led and supported by experienced Physiotherapists. You’ll run on beautiful single-track trails while learning how to trail run safely, efficiently, and confidently.
Weekly Trail Runs
We host two set trail runs each week, meeting at our friendly local business, Cadence Café, Nerang. From the café, we jog just 400m before entering the single-track trails of Nerang National Park.
These runs are open to anyone, however we recommend participants are able to:
-
Run for approximately 60 minutes
-
Cover at least 8km on dirt with some hills
Safety is our priority—no one will ever be left behind or get lost. You’ll always be supported as part of the Crew.
👉 Join our Run@mygcphysio Open Facebook Group for updates and community connection.
