How it works
Our team sets up a treatment area at your event venue, we supply therapists, treatment beds, creams and treatment oils, and our marquees if requested/required.
Your therapists will:
- Assessment
– Screen your athletes pre treatment - Treatment & Planning
– Provide Massage or Physio specific to the presenting athlete’s needs - Prevention Strategies
– Provide advice for post race and post treatment recovery
Our team are experienced treating athletes in fast paced environments, versed in post race flush treatments, event day athlete treatments between events, and the flexibility that is required to successfully provide professional services at temporary/ad-hoc venues.
FAQs
Do I need to provide treatment or equipment for this service?
No, you do not need to provide any equipment for our event Massage and Physio services, our team will provide treatment tables, creams and oil, sanitisers, towels, etc. We can also supply marquees if required to be set up outdoors with shade.
For large events, towels may need to be hired from a third party to accommodate for large number of treatments/athletes.
How much does event coverage cost?
Event therapy costs vary depending on:

- Event duration (hours)
- Travel distance
- Setup requirements

Blue Cards/Working with Children
All of our therapist have/hold current Blue Cards/Working with Children credentials.
Who manages the event day service?
Our team manages event day treatments, and most events will have our manager on site with the treating team coordinating athletes and treatments.
National Event Accreditations
We provide all required treating therapist information including, blue cards, insurance certificates, and photo ID’s to the relevant event accreditation coordinator/sporting body.
