– This offer MUST be presented at the time of the appointment (either printed or displayed on a phone) and is valid for 2 months from the email date. Our Friendly Staff will also call you as a Courtesy followup to confirm if you would like to take the offer.
– There is no out of pocket expense for the consultation when combined with your private health fund rebate (ie HICAPS/ TYRO) that can be swiped in-clinic;
